Bill DeRouchey has been shaping, framing and distilling information for over 20 years, as creative director, product manager, interaction designer, interaction architect, writer, and so on. He was most recently the creative director at Simple, a financial start-up company aiming to reboot personal banking through design, technology and service.

He is currently a Principal Design at GE. Yes, THAT GE. Previously he directed interaction design at Ziba Design for products ranging from patient monitors to satellite radios to air conditioners. As a director of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), he co-chaired the much-loved Interaction10. He loves tackling problems that seem mundane but are actually rich with complexity and can help people in their everyday lives.

He used to blog at Push Click Touch.

You can find him online as billder at most of the webs…
